f your skin is feeling dull, tired or dehydrated, Skin Boosters and Polynucleotides are two powerful injectable treatments that can help. At Skin Sense, I use these treatments to improve skin quality from within, giving you a fresher, healthier glow without changing your natural features.
What Are Skin Boosters?
Skin Boosters are soft, hydrating injections made with hyaluronic acid. Unlike traditional filler, they don’t add volume or change your facial shape. Instead, they work like a deep moisturiser from the inside, improving:
Hydration
Smoothness
Fine lines
Overall skin texture and glow
They’re great for:
Dull, tired-looking skin
Fine lines on the face, neck or décolletage
Anyone who wants a subtle, natural refresh
What Are Polynucleotides?
Polynucleotides are regenerative injections that help your skin repair and rebuild itself. They work by:
Stimulating collagen and elastin
Improving skin firmness and elasticity
Supporting healing and reducing inflammation
They’re ideal for:
Crepey or thinning skin
Early signs of ageing
Skin that needs repair after sun damage or breakouts
Skin Boosters vs Polynucleotides – Which Should You Choose?
Both treatments improve skin quality, but they work in slightly different ways:
Skin Boosters focus on deep hydration and glow.
Polynucleotides focus on regeneration, firmness and repair.
Many clients benefit from a combination of both, especially if they want brighter, smoother and stronger skin over time.
Combined Treatment: Skin Boosters + Polynucleotides
For some clients, I recommend a combined treatment using both Skin Boosters and Polynucleotides in one plan. This can:
Hydrate the skin deeply
Support collagen production
Improve texture, tone and elasticity
This option is great if you want more comprehensive skin rejuvenation and longer-lasting results.
Treatment Time & Pricing at Skin Sense
At Skin Sense, I offer:
Skin Boosters – 30 minutes, £180
Polynucleotides – 30 minutes, £120

What to Expect During Treatment
Your skin is cleansed and prepared.
Numbing cream may be applied for comfort.
The product is injected using very fine needles or a cannula.
You may notice small bumps or redness right after treatment – this usually settles within hours to a couple of days.
Most people can go back to normal activities the same day, with simple aftercare advice to follow.
Who Is This Treatment For?
These treatments may be suitable if you:
Feel your skin looks tired, dull or dehydrated
Want to improve fine lines and texture
Prefer natural-looking results rather than a “done” look
They may not be suitable if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have certain medical conditions or allergies. A full consultation is always required before treatment.
